Donors who have donated over $1,000 in total will receive monthly email reports highlighting research progress, product development, project milestones, and key achievements. We are committed to keeping our supporters informed about our work and the progress made toward our mission.

2. Potential Future Shareholder Opportunity

As our research and products develop, we may establish a formal organization or commercial entity to support the long-term growth and commercialization of RSI Agent Swarm technology.

Subject to the final organizational structure, applicable laws, and any required approvals, eligible donors may be considered for a potential future opportunity to become shareholders in a related for-profit entity, if one is established and becomes profitable.

Any such opportunity would be offered solely at our discretion and would require separate written terms and appropriate legal approvals. Donations do not guarantee shares, ownership rights, dividends, profits, or financial returns.
